Update on Manor Lake Rocket!

Monday, July 21st, 2014

Dear Kim, Melissa and Megan –

I just wanted to take a second to let all of you know how completely happy we’re are with Rocket.  I’m sorry it’s taken a couple of weeks but I wanted to give him some time to settle in with us.  We can’t believe how much we love him.  He is the most wonderful boy we could ask for and more than we dreamed of.  Not only is he the most handsome boy ever, he has the most incredible temperament.  He knows what each one of us are looking for…he comes to me for quite snuggles, my husband for early more play, my girls for crazy active play and when it comes to Diesel (who I mentioned has autism), he knows to stay calm and wait to see what he is looking for in the moment.  He is such an amazing addition to our family and we can’t thank you all enough for such an amazing gem.  Your support and guidance has been fantastic and we appreciate everything you all have done to make this happy family that much happier.  We will keep in touch and send photos as well.

Thanks so much, The Ward Family

Rocket-Kory Ward

Zorro- Mercedes Piper

Hello Melissa,

Zorro is ready for the beach!  It finally hit 90 degrees here in Boston!

FYI, my kids changed Zorro’s name to Snowball. They fight over him despite having 3 other dogs.  Snowball is so well behaved, happy, and handsome!  What a great addition to out big family!  Thank you!

Update on Manor Lake Bleu

Friday, June 6th, 2014

Hello there Kim and Manor Lake family,

I attached a few pictures of Bleu and Kip!!

Kip is finally starting to “come around” to loving Bleu. I always knew he secretly loved Bleu from the start, but it took awhile for him to warm up to the new puppy in the family. Kip was very territorial of us, his bed, his “chairs” (aka the furniture), and his toys. He made sure Bleu knew which chairs were okay to sit on, and which chairs were not.  Kip also made very clear that my parents’ bed was off limits! Every time Bleu tried to get on it Kip would run up and chase him off! But alas (6 months later) he has allowed Bleu to sit wherever he likes. They are now best friends (as you can see in the first picture)!!

Bleu is growing up very fast, and loves his daily walks. He’s definitely the talk around the island, and I sometimes have to wear my head phones when I walk so I can actually get 5 steps without someone stoping me to ask “what kind of dog is that?”. Even my friends refuse to go on walks with me sometimes, because of how many times I get stopped by strangers asking about Bleu! Bleu is people’s person, and loves when people come up to pet him! He’s definitely brought a lot of joy to the family and it has been so fun watching him grow up!!

Update on Manor Lake Murphy!

Tuesday, May 6th, 2014

Hello to everyone there at Manor Lake!

We are absolutely loving our little bundle of joy.  I wanted to send you a few pictures so you can see how he’s changed already. The one where he’s covered up was the day after we brought him home and our 4 year old thought she needed to make him comfortable! Thank you again for all of your great information and for your excellent breeding!  We look forward to many years with Murphy in our family.

Sincerely,

Rachel and Jason

Update on Manor Lake Maggie!

Monday, April 14th, 2014

Thank you for checking in.  We have had Maggie for a full week now.  She is so sweet. We love her so much.  We are so grateful to have her in our family.

She will play until she is tired and then drop in your lap.  She follows me around from room to room, even if she is “asleep” – if I leave the room she is sure to follow.

She plays fetch and loves chewing on her toys, water bottles and anything else she can find.  Outside potty training is going fairly good.  She already has the doggie door figured out,  and she will only out after we do.  So cute.

We will have a family photo shoot soon, but we took a few just of her.  See attached.  Feel free to use the pictures as your own.

Thank you for breeding such a wonderful puppy for our family.

Update on Manor Lake Coach!

Friday, March 28th, 2014
Hi Kim,
I wanted to send you a thank you note for doing such an incredible job with your dogs and puppies. Coach is an absolute pleasure, adding so much to our lives everyday – I am so lucky I get to be his best friend. Everyone that has met him loves him instantly thanks to his incredible personality, disposition and good looks. Two of my dear friends, are in the process of getting puppies from you after spending time with Coach – what an incredible testament to your puppies!!
I had the flu for 10 days and Coach was a loyal companion staying by my side the entire time (no doubt bored out of his mind, poor guy). His loyalty and companionship was so impressive and so very much appreciated. Attached are pics of his nursing skills and a recent pic of him being cute too.
You have done a truly fantastic job – thank you for giving me such a perfect companion!
